For applications selected, a vet-check will be done, If the adoption is approved, We will set up an appointment for you to come meet the dog at that time if all goes well an adoption contract will be completed, Adoption fee accepted, and then you take your new canine friend home.
Note: You must be 21 years old or older and be able to provide proof of your age if asked to adopt a companion from our rescue group.
Our Adoption Fees vary depending on the individual dog and the vet expenses we have incurred.
Note: We do not offer shipping or transport on any of our rescue dogs. We do gladly adopt to families who live in other states as long as you are willing to come to our rescue group in New Salisbury, IN. to complete the adoption.

In addition, I understand the adoption decision is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to the compatibility of the family and home to the individual animal, and other applications received on this animal. I understand it is Amy's K9s prerogative to decide which home is most appropriate and that their decision is final, and therefore I will not argue with the decision. Please Note That Our Adoption Fee's Are Non Refundable & we no longer can accept a personal check for adoption fees. I am sorry for this change but we have had far to many problems in the past with personal checks and no longer accept them.
Even Though all of the dogs we rescue have been vaccinated, wormed, and loved while in our care we Can NOT and DO NOT Guarantee the health of the dogs we place up for adoption. These are rescue dogs and we have very little history on them. We Always Enclose A Health Record For All Medical Care That Has Been Completed While The Dog Is In Our Care. We Highly Recommend You Take Your Newly Adopted Companion To Your Vet After Adoption For A Health Exam.
