Please note we are a very small rescue and usually have limited openings available. As much as we would love to save them all it's just not possible. We help every dog we possibly can. If you must surrender your dog to rescue please fill out & submit the form below. Please send an additional email with photos of your companion. If your dog is one of the breeds we work with and we have the space available we will contact you and try to arrange to take your dog into our rescue program. We often have to put families on a waiting list to get their companions into our rescue. If your situation is urgent please make a note of that on the surrender form and we will try to locate a rescue near you that may be able to help you now. I am sorry but we only work with pure bred dogs from the working group we are not working with mix breed dogs at this time. We DO NOT Come To Pick Up Your Companion You Must Bring Your Companion To Us In New Salisbury Indiana which is 45 Miles West Of Louisville KY or 100 miles south from Indianapolis IN.
If We accept your dog as an owner surrender we will ask that you offer a monetary donation towards the medical care of your companion while in our rescue group.
